  • Request Process: To request a refund, contact me at info@stevza.co.uk with your order details, including the purchase date, order number, and the email address used during purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days if the files have not been downloaded.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Any music purchases where the MP3 files have been downloaded are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons not outlined in this policy.

3. Merchandise Purchases
